Terms of Use and Sale

These Terms of Use and Sale apply to the Legacy Academy Shop at legacyacademynmshop.com, which is operated by My School Uniforms, a division of Ad It Up LLC.

In these Terms, “My School Uniforms,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to My School Uniforms and Ad It Up LLC. “Store” refers to the Legacy Academy Shop.

By using the Store, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and the policies posted on the Store.

1. Store Operator

The Store displays the name, logo, colors, and branding of Legacy Academy. Unless otherwise stated, the Store is operated by My School Uniforms and not by Legacy Academy.

My School Uniforms processes payments, produces merchandise, fulfills orders, arranges school office delivery or shipping, and provides customer service.

2. Customer Information

Customers may create an account or use guest checkout.

You agree to provide complete and accurate information when placing an order, including your contact information, billing information, delivery selection, and product choices.

By placing an order, you confirm that you are authorized to make the purchase and use the payment method provided.

Customers are responsible for reviewing their order confirmation and contacting us promptly if any information is incorrect.

3. Orders and Payments

All orders are subject to successful payment processing and our ability to complete the order.

Prices, taxes, shipping charges, and the complete order total will be shown during checkout.

Payments are handled through a secure third party payment processor. My School Uniforms and Ad It Up LLC do not receive or store complete payment card numbers or card security codes.

4. Product Availability

Product styles, colors, sizes, and designs may change over time. We make reasonable efforts to keep product information and ordering options current.

If we are unable to complete part of an order, we may contact the customer with available options or cancel and refund the affected item.

We will not substitute a different garment, color, design, or size without the customer’s approval.

5. Production Time and Shipping

Each item is made to order. Orders are generally completed within 7 to 10 business days after the order and payment have been received.

Shipping transit time begins after the order is completed and is not included in the production timeframe.

Completion and delivery times are estimates and may be longer during peak school periods, unusually high order volume, severe weather, carrier delays, equipment issues, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

6. Changes and Cancellations

Customers may contact us to request an order change or cancellation.

Changes and cancellations are not guaranteed after production has started. This includes changes to the item, size, color, quantity, shipping address, school office selection, or delivery method.

A request is not approved until it has been confirmed by My School Uniforms.

Personalized or specially customized items, when offered, cannot be changed, canceled, or returned after customization has started unless the item is damaged or incorrect.

7. School Office Delivery

Customers may select delivery to the Legacy Academy High School Office or the Legacy Academy Elementary and Middle School Office during checkout.

Please select the correct school office when placing the order. My School Uniforms delivers the completed order to the selected office.

School delivery orders are marked complete after they have been delivered to and received by the selected school office.

After the school receives an order, the office is responsible for distributing it. The school may need additional time to make the order available to the student or family, and we do not control the school’s distribution schedule.

When reasonably necessary for distribution, limited order information may be provided to the school, such as the order number, student or recipient name, campus, grade, teacher, homeroom, or delivery location.

8. Showroom and Sizing Assistance

Customers may visit the Ad It Up / My School Uniforms showroom to view available uniform samples and try on available sizes before ordering.

Sizing may vary between brands, styles, and garment types. Customers should review the size chart for the specific item or visit the showroom for sizing assistance before ordering.

9. Returns and Refunds

Returns are governed by the Return Policy posted on the Store.

Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition. Trying an item on for fit is acceptable.

We do not offer direct exchanges. Customers needing another size, color, or item should return the original eligible item for a refund and place a new order.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged, defective, or incorrect.

After a returned item is received and inspected, an approved refund is issued to the original payment method. It may take approximately 3 to 7 business days for the refund to appear, depending on the payment provider or financial institution.

10. Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate product descriptions, photographs, colors, sizing information, prices, and ordering options.

Actual colors may appear different depending on the customer’s screen, lighting, garment material, and normal manufacturing variations.

Customers are responsible for reviewing product information and selecting the correct item, size, color, and design before completing an order.

11. School Requirements

Legacy Academy determines its own uniform requirements, approved colors, dress code, and permitted products.

Customers are responsible for confirming that the items they order meet the school’s current requirements.

My School Uniforms is not responsible for changes made by the school to its uniform or spirit wear policies after an order has been placed.

12. School Logos and Website Content

School names, logos, and artwork are displayed with permission for use on the Store.

Website content, school branding, artwork, photographs, product images, and designs may not be copied, reproduced, sold, or used without permission from the applicable owner.

Purchasing a product does not transfer ownership of any logo, design, trademark, copyright, or other intellectual property.

13. Acceptable Use

You may not use the Store:

• For unlawful or fraudulent activity
• Using unauthorized payment information
• To provide false or misleading information
• To interfere with website security or operation
• To transmit viruses or harmful code
• To copy or commercially exploit website content
• To violate the rights of My School Uniforms, Legacy Academy, or another party

We may restrict access, refuse service, or cancel an order when we reasonably believe fraud, abuse, unlawful activity, or a serious violation of these Terms has occurred.

14. Privacy and Outside Services

Our collection and use of personal information are governed by the Privacy Policy posted on the Store.

The Store may contain links to Legacy Academy, a payment processor, a shipping carrier, or another service that we do not operate. We are not responsible for the content, security, availability, or privacy practices of outside websites and services.

15. Website Availability

We do not guarantee that the Store will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or free from technical errors.

We may temporarily limit access for maintenance, security, updates, technical problems, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

16. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, My School Uniforms and Ad It Up LLC are not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the Store or the purchase of merchandise.

Our total responsibility for a claim relating to an order will not exceed the amount paid for the item or order involved in the claim.

These limitations do not apply where responsibility cannot legally be limited.

17. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico.

Any legal action relating to these Terms, the Store, or an order must be brought in a court with jurisdiction in Bernalillo County, New Mexico.

18. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms when our services, policies, technology, or legal requirements change.

Updated Terms will be posted with a revised effective date. The version in effect when an order is placed will apply to that order.
