Return Policy

Eligibility for Returns

• Items must be unworn and unwashed, except for trying them on.
• Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.

 

Return Process

• Fill out the return form so we know to expect your return;
• Once we receive your return, we do a quick check to make sure it has not been laundered and does not show signs of wear.
• Once items are checked, a refund is immediately issued. Refunds are usually reflected onto the original payment method within 3-7 business days.

 

Local Returns (Albuquerque Area)

• Bring the item(s) back to our location

 

Out-of-State Returns

• Customers are responsible for shipping the item(s) back to us.
• We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return is received.

 

Refunds and Exchanges

• We do not offer exchanges.
• Refunds will be issued once the returned item(s) are received.
• You can then place a new order for any desired items.
