How long until I receive my order?
Each item is made to order. Orders are generally completed within 7 to 10 business days.
Shipping time begins after the order is completed. Timing may be longer during especially busy school periods.
Where can my order be delivered?
You may choose one of the following delivery options during checkout:
- Legacy Academy High School Office
- Legacy Academy Elementary and Middle School Office
- Flat rate shipping to your address
Orders sent to the school are delivered to the office selected during checkout. After the school receives the order, the office may need additional time to distribute the items.
How will I know when my order is complete?
You will receive an email when your order is complete.
School delivery orders are marked complete after they have been delivered to and received by the selected school office. The office may need additional time to distribute the order after receiving it.
Shipped orders will include tracking information. Please check your spam or junk folder if you do not see the email.
Will I receive updates while my order is being made?
You will receive an order confirmation after checkout and another email when the order is complete.
We do not normally send additional progress updates while an order is still within the standard completion period.
Is there a minimum order?
No. You may order one item or as many items as you need.
How do I know what size to order?
A manufacturer size chart is included on each product page. Sizing can vary between brands and garment styles, so review the chart for the specific item before ordering.
You may also visit the Ad It Up / My School Uniforms showroom to try on available uniform sizes before placing your order. We can help you determine the best fit.

Can I change or cancel my order?
Contact us as soon as possible if you need to request a change or cancellation.
Changes and cancellations are not guaranteed after production has started.
Can I return or exchange an item?
Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition. Trying an item on for fit is acceptable.
We do not currently process direct exchanges. To order a different size, color, or item, return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
How do I return an item?
Complete the return form on the website before sending or bringing the item back.

Customers mailing a return are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
After the returned item is inspected, the refund is issued to the original payment method. It may take approximately 3 to 7 business days for the refund to appear.
There is a problem with my order. What should I do?
Contact us as soon as possible with your order number and a description of the problem. Photos may be requested so we can review the issue quickly.
If an item is damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, we will work with you to correct the issue.
